We have scheduled an upgrade of our Ticket system cluster. This will improve the stability of the system.
The maintenance will not affect the availability of dedicated and cloud servers via the network and the operation of our other services.
Restrictions will only affect requests to the support team created via portal.servers.com or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
At the specified time, we will not be able to:
- receive your requests and respond to requests created earlier. We will give all answers to existing tasks after the maintenance is completed.
- process requests created via portal.servers.com to change the configuration of disks and RAM for dedicated servers.
You will still be able to contact us via chat at servers.com website or Telegram (t.me/serverssupportbot).

Public network, Global Private Network
We have scheduled maintenance on one of the core routers in the mentioned location. During the maintenance, we will replace one of the line cards of the core router.
The maintenance is split into two stages:
Stage 1: December 6, 2021 01:30 UTC - 04:30 UTC
Stage 2: December 7, 2021 01:00 UTC - 04:00 UTC
During the works, unavailability of your servers is not expected. However, during Stage 2, you may observe RTT (round-trip delay time) increase and packet loss via the public and global private (GPN) networks.
Power grid maintenance has been scheduled in the mentioned location. During the works, the racks will be powered by another DRUPS.
The works do not imply any downtime but will cause a lower power redundancy level.
We have scheduled Cloud storage service maintenance in the mentioned region. These works will include software update to improve stability of the cloud platform.
During the maintenance, the following impact on the Cloud storage is expected for up to 30 minutes:
- unavailability of the files in your private cloud storage;
- unavailability of the OpenStack API and management via portal.servers.com for both private and public storage;
- unavailability of the Dallas cloud region in the Cloud Storage section at portal.servers.com.
The works do not affect the availability of the files by direct URLs for the public storage and the files by temporary URLs for the private storage.
We have scheduled maintenance works on the core management network switches in the listed location.
Unavailability of your servers via the public and private networks is not expected. Server management via portal.servers.com will be unavailable during the works. Also, due to the nature of the works performed, iDRAC and VNC console will be unavailable for up to 2 hours during the works.
