[Investigating] We have registered an issue with the cooling system in the listed locations. Customers may observe alerts about overheating in the iDRAC of the servers. Currently, our engineers are diagnosing the source of the issue. We will update the status as soon as we get more information.

Description

The data center has scheduled maintenance of the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in the listed locations. The power feed redundancy status will stay the same during the maintenance, but the battery protection will be temporarily reduced. Unavailability of your servers is not expected.

Description

We have scheduled maintenance on one of the private network spine switches in the listed location. During the maintenance, software of the private network spine switch will be updated. Unavailability of your servers via the private and public networks is not expected. However, due to the nature of the work being performed, there is a risk of unavailability of the following services for up to 10 minutes in the worst case: - private network within the SIN1 location and the Singapore cloud region; - global private network (GPN) between servers in Singapore (SIN1, Singapore cloud region) and the rest of our locations.
